Madhya Bhotekoshi Appoints Global IME Capital as Share Registrar

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalvidhyut Company has appointed Global IME Capital as its share registrar.

The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Global IME Capital regarding the appointment on November 18.

The agreement was signed by Ram Gopal Shivakoti, CEO of Madhya Bhotekoshi and Paras Mani Dhakal, CEO of Global IME Capital.

The company is developing 102 MW Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower in Sindhupalchowk District. It has authorized capital of Rs 6.21 billion and issued capital of Rs 6 billion.

Out of 49 percent allocated to the general public, the company issued 24 percent to depositor of Employee Provident Fund and employees of various promoter companies. The
