The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 3.5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close is book on December 10, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
