NRB Approves Dividend of Mahuli Laghubitta

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB@) has approved the dividend of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MSLB).

The company has proposed of distributing 26 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.

Following the NRB approval, the dividend proposal is yet to endorsed by its upcoming AGM.

Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 223.9 million that will reach Rs 282.1 million after the bonus share distribution.
