The company has proposed of distributing 25 percent stock and 1.31 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 136.3 million that will reach Rs 170.4 million after the bonus share distribution.
