Eastern Hydropower Company has sought approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the issue of Initial public offering on December 15.
The company is planning to issue 1,240,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 124 million to the general public including locals of affected area.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager.
The gold price has gained while the silver price has declined on February 15.
