Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved right issue of Samriddhi Finance (SFCL) on December 15.
The company got approval to issue 2:1 right share to its existing shareholders.
Following the approval, the company will issue 2,729,705 units of right shares worth Rs 272.9 million.
The company has appointed BOK Capital Market as its issue manager.
The gold and silver price have contineud breaking records on December 28.
