The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.3684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also memorandum and article of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
