Today is the last day to secure dividend of Swabalamban Laghubitta (SMFBS). The company is closing its book for upcoming AGM on December 21 thus the shareholders registered in its book till December 20 can attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 20th AGM on December 30 in Alice Reception, Gairidhara, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 19 percent stock and 6 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The gold and silver price have log big gain on March 2.
