The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14.25 percent stock and 0.75 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and appoint an auditor.
For the AGM, the bank is closing its book on January 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
