Prabhu Insurance (PRIN) has announced a dividend for FY 2077/78.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on January 13 decided to propose 11 percent stock and 0.58 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from IB and its upcoming AGM.
The Nepal stock market is set to remain closed today on September 21.
