The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 19.5 percent dividend including 18.52 percent stock and 0.97 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve 10:5 right issue proposal, the acquisition of Sunkoshi Hydropower Company with a swap ratio of 100:25 proposal and delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on February 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
