The local bourse listed 4,229,305.06 units bonus share of Jyoti Bikas and 90,053 units bonus share of Nepal Lube Oil.
Jyoti Bikas had distributed 11 percent and Nepal Lube Oil had distributed 30 percent stock dividend.
The investors can list the shares once they are transferred to their respective Demat Account.
