The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14 percent stock and 0.73 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting will also change the share structure to 54:49 from existing 60:40 and elect 4 directors from promoter shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
