The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and Rs 20 cash dividend per unit (including tax) to its shareholders.It is the first dividend proposed by the company till date.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
