The meeting will approve financial reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account of the last FY. Similarly, the meeting will appoint Jayadin Shrestha as BOD representative in place of Dija Shrestha representing ICTC Holding Company.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
