The companies are starting the joint transaction following their merger.
As per the notice issued by Womi, NRB gave its final approval to the merger on February 17 while Company Registrar Office approved the merger on March 15.
The joint entity will be starting their joint transaction in a name of ‘Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’. The company will be headquartered at Ward No 13, Sanga, Banepa Municipality, Kavrepalanchowk District.
