The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and cash dividend worth Rs 4.2 million for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association, increase authorized capital to Rs 2.50 billion and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on April 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 7 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
