As a part of the agitation, they hung a black banner on the premises of NRB, Baluwatar by the Central Committee of the NRB Employees Union.
The Association has stated that protests have been staged in all the offices outside the Kathmandu Valley.
In the banners hanged outside all NRB branches, they have listed demands including an end to blatant interference in NRB’s autonomy, an immediate reversal of the action taken against the governor on the basis of baseless and fabricated allegations, and an immediate formulation and implementation of a special policy to rescue the troubled national economy.
