The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 1.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting approve a proposal of increasing its authorized capital from Rs 2 billion to Rs 5 billion and amend its article of association accordingly.
In this regard, the company will close its book on April 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
