NEPSE Lists Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed share of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta on May 10. Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta is the joint entity formed by merging Suryodaya Laghubitta and Womi Laghubitta.

NEPSE listed 7,919,848 units of share of the company maintained after the merger. The listed shares include 4,943,333 units of former Womi and 2,976,516 units shares of Suryodaya Laghubitta.

the companies merged with 1:1 swap ratio.

NEPSE has assigned (SWMF) code to the joint entity.
