According to Prabhu Capital, issue manager of the company, it will allot the IPO in its office premises at 4:00 PM.
The company concluded the pre-allotment of the IPO on Friday.
As per the latest data, a total of 1,838,431 applicants have applied for 21,132,820 units of shares worth Rn 2.11 billion.
River Falls Power issued 2,730,000 units of primary shares to the general public from May 11-18. Out of the total offered units, the company secured 2 percent i.e. 54,600 for employees and 5 percent i.e. 136,500 units for mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 2,538,900 units of shares.
