The company is issuing 10 percent of its issue capital i.e. 1,054,260 units of shares worth Rs 105,426,040 to the locals of the affected area of Dordi Ruralmunicipality of Lamjung District from April 26-May 19. Out of the total offered units, the company allotted 756,420 units of shares on Thursday.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager. The result can be seen from the website of the capital.
