The company is issuing 612,793 units of primary shares to the locals of the affected areas of eastern and western districts of Rukum.
The issue will close early on June 21 and lately on July 6. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 600,000 units of shares.
The applicants can apply from Chipridaha and Musikot branch of Global IME Bank, Putha Uttarganga of Siddhartha Bank and Musikot branch of Prabhu Bank. The investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
The company has appointed Sanima Capital as its issue manager.
ICRA rating Nepal has assigned B rating to the issue indicating high risk.
