The company is issuing seven yearly closed-end scheme from June 2.
The company is issuing 100 million units of a mutual fund having a face value of Rs 10 worth Rs 1 billion.
Out of total offered units, the company has secured 15 percent i.e. 15 million units to scheme promoter NIC Asia Bank. The general investors can apply for 85 million units of mutual fund units. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 12 million units of mutual funds.
They can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
