A total of 1,791,895 applicants have applied for the shares, out of which, 2,738 applications were cancelled. Only 1,789,157 applications were eligible for allotment.
As the issue has been oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines. As per the mechanism, 136,500 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
The company issued 1.5 million units of primary shares to the public from June 3. Out of the total offered units, the company secured 4 percent i.e. 60,000 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 75,000 units to mutual fund. The general public could apply for the remaining 1,365,000 units of shares.
