The company has announced of distributing 5 percent stock and 0.2632 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the government, Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on June 19 decided to propose the dividend. Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 11.65 billion.
