The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and sign the merger agreement.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of amending its article and memorandum of association and increase authorized and issued capital as directed by IB.
The company is required to increase its capital to Rs 5 billion as per IB direction.
