The SGM will take place in Harrison Palace, Bajrangbali, Biratnagar at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a merger proposal with Jyoti Life Insurance. Similarly, the meeting will approve decision taken by BOD and delegate authority to BOD to carry out all procedures of merger.
The stock trading of the company has been suspended from June 27 due to merger, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 26 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
