The company is issuing 10 percent of issued capital i.e. 612,793 units of ordinary shares to the locals of affected area of Kaski District, Madi Ruralmunicipality ward no 1,2 and 3.
The issue will close early on August 5 and lately on August 21. The interested investors can apply for the shares from Machhapuchchhre Bank-Madi branch, Pokhara branch of Bank of Kathmandu, Muktinath Bikas Bank and NIC Asia Bank. Moreover, they can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
The company has appointed BOK Capital as issue manager. They can apply from a minimum of 10 and maximum of 100,000 units of shares.
Care Ratings has assigned BB+ rating to the issue indicating average risk.
