The stock exchange, after alerting the company to not to repeat the mistake, released its trading in the secondary market.
The local bourse directed the company to fix another date for book closure and inform it.
Previously, NEPSE suspended the trading of the company accusing it of conducting board meeting during the trading hours. Moreover, the company also failed to inform NEPSE about its book closure date seven days before the actual book closing.
The company had decided to issue 75 percent right shares through the board meeting conducted at 11:00 AM on July 29. The meeting had decided to conduct a general meeting on August 19.
Also, the company had fixed book close date on August 4 which was informed to NEPSE on July 30.
