The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution and acquisition of Sunkoshi Hydropower Company.
Moreover, the meeting will also amend its paid-up capital in article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on August 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 17 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
