The bank is auctioning the promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 160 per unit.
The interested general public and companies can bid for the shares within 35 days in its head office at Narayanhitipath, Kathmandu.
The bank has informed that the shares are being auctioned to the general public after the existing shareholders did not buy the shares in previous auction.
