The meeting will be conducted virtually, as per the hotel.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of approving annual report, financial reports and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book from September 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
