The company is issuing 10 percent i.e. 3,650,000 units of shares to the locals of the affected area. The locals of ward no 5 Chilime of Aamachodingmo Rural Municipality under the most affected area, ward no 4 Goljung of Aamatadingmo Rural Municipality under the affected area and ward no 1,2,3 and locals of other districts under Aamachodingmo Rural Municipality under minimal affected can apply for the shares.
As per the company, the shares will be allocated as per the ratio of 4.25:3:1.5:1 ratio to the most affected area, affected area and normal affected areas.
Now, the issue will close on October 16. The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA-approved BFIs.
The company has appointed Citizen Investment Trust as its issue manager along with Sunrise Capital and NMB Capital as co-issue manager. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 700 units.
