The company is closing its book on September 28 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company has announced of distributing 5.2632 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
In a bid to endorse the dividend proposal, the company is conducting its AGM on 19 October.
