The meeting will endorse a proposal of amending article and memorandum of association and delegate authority to BOD to carry out necessary task as per the directive of regulatory bodies.
Similarly, the meeting will approve annual report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash statement of 2078/79.
The meeting will also appoint an auditor for the FY 2079/80.
