The court extended the custody for the third time. Previously, the court extended the remand of Lamichhane for seven days on October 10 starting from October 6, the day of arrest. Similarly, the court extended the custody by 5 days on October 13.
Lamichhane has been accused of raping a17year old minor. He was taken into custody on October 6 from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Following the arrest he was taken to Gaushala Police Station.
