Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Calls Out AGM

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank has called out 25th AGM on November 18 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.3663 percent stock and 7.6337 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process with suitable partners and appoint foreign strategic partner.

Given that the bank is in merger process with Kumari Bank, its trading has been suspended by September 26 , thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 25 will be eligible to attend  the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
