Under the scheme, the company is issuing 120 million units of mutual fund units at a face value of Rs 10.
Out of the total offered units, the company has secured a minimum of 15.6 million or minimum of 13 percent of total sold units for scheme promoter Sanima Bank and 2 percent i.e. 240 million units for scheme manager Sanima Capital.
The general public can apply for the remaining 102 million mutual fund units.
The issue will close early on November 6 and lately on November 16. The interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 12 million mutual fund units.
They can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs. Sanima capital is the issue manager for the mutual fund scheme.
