The bank is issuing 5 billion worth of debenture having five years of maturity period at 11.25 percent interest rate.
The agreement was signed by Ratna Raj Bajracharya, Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Bank and Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Capital.
