The investment banking is issuing 70 million units of mutual fund at a face value of Rs 10 per unit from November 9. Out of the total offered units, the company has secured 15 percent including 14 percent for fund promoter and one percent for fund manager. The company will issue the remaining 63,750,000 unit, out of which, the company is issuing 50 million units to the general public in the first phase.
The interested investors can apply for the mutual fund units till November 23. They can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 7.5 million mutual fund units.
The investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
