The local bourse adjusted the stock price at Rs 521.57 after adjusting 15 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 599.80 on November 23.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
