Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda), Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Gorkha- 2.
He secured 26,103 votes while his nearest competitor Kabindra Burlakoti of Rastriya Swatantra Party got 12,637 votes.
Similarly, CPN-UML's Abdus Miya got 7,393 votes.
Although, Election Commission has not released the official results yet.
The gold and silver price have continued downfall on March 23.
