The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 5 decided to propose 26 percent stock and 1.3684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The announced dividend is the highest stock dividend till date while the dividend proposed by the company is the highest in the last seven years.
