The board of directors meeting of the company decided to propose 5 percent stock and 0.26 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The company is conducting its 6th AGM in its office at New Baneshwor at 10 AM through virtual medium on January 6.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 28 thus the shareholders registered in its book till December 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
