Prabhu bank closed its book on December 16 while Chilime Hydropower is closing its book on December 19, however, the last trading day for the stock is December 18, thus NEPSE adjusted the stock price considering the last trading price based on December 15.
Prabhu Bank is conducting its 21st AGM in its headoffice at Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 9 AM on December 29.
The meeting of will approve 6.5 percent bonus share and 1.50 percent cash dividend.
The meeting will approve acquisition proposal of Century Commercial Bank by Prabhu Bank with a swap ratio of 1:1. Moreover, it will approve all the activities carried out regarding the acquisition.
Chilime Hydropower is conducting its 26th AGM on January 6, 2023. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent dividend including 7.5 percent stock and 7.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
