The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 2.40 percent stock and 5.20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain eh announced dividend.
