Sid Energy has called out annual general meeting (AGM) on January 12 in its registered office in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing initial public offering (IPO) .
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to initiate the process of issuing IPO, rename the company, issue right shares and appoint an auditor.
The gold price has increased while the silver price has decreased on June 26.
