The life insurance companies earned a total insurance premium of Rs 59.51 billion in Mangsir.
Out of the total premium earned, the companies collected a premium of Rs 27.68 billion from Bagmati Province only.
After Bagmati, Lumbini Province has the highest contribution with 13.95 percent.
In the meantime, Karnali Province has the lowest contribution in the total business. The province contributed merely 4.13 percent in the sector.
Similarly, on the basis of insurance policy, Endowment Life Insurance Policy has collected the highest premium of Rs 23.99 billion followed by advance paid endowment and child endowment life insurance.
