The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.79 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
